No, Just Host hasn't been in the business as long as some of its competitors but what does that matter when they're one of the best web hosts on the market. Although I think the site is superb, I have had a lot of troubles doing pure html and css programming with this host. Unless I can figure out a way to get around that, I will not be able to recommend the site to others and I will need to find a new host. 1 month hosting and 2 big problems The first one had taken 2 days to put back my domain after a problem with the server, at just Host. I've toad them that I could not see the domain and answer that they can so everything was ok for them and did nothing. There just did not listen to the customer and had to wait for someone ho can read to fix it up, 2 days later!!! The second time, my domain with the entire sub domains have been SUSPENDED (without notice) because I had installed a Web proxy script (testing it) for filtering my future web site and did not see on the conditions that it was illegal software. I'm not an engineer in computing, it was curiosity, half of there condition is just Chinese for me. Other wise, the hosting is pretty slow and we were only 20 on it and that's without small cuts every day for no reason!!! But, the worse is the support; there just do what there decided without listening to the costumer problems.

A great webhost with a great shared plan. In my experience they're stable, friendly (the customer support) and a host that I can easily recommend to anyone. Worth mentioning is perhaps that my site isn't all that big - don't know how the hosting responds to a LOT of traffic but for me it's perfect!

JustHost - Total Disregard of Customer. We've been with JustHost since November 2009, paid up until the end of 2011. This morning all our domains stopped working displaying "Account Suspended". The Mail server was not working as well. After 1.5 hours on hold the support girl told us that account is suspended, but only the higher management can give us the reason, and only by e-mail. She asked for alternative e-mail, and in half an hour we've got a response that our account has been moved to a "new and more powerful server" with new IP address. After pointing the DNS record to the new IP and some propagation time the service was restored. Nobody at JustHost had even tried to give us some advanced notice. We had for almost entire day an embarrassing sign "Account Suspended" on 6 of our web domains. Worst yet, all mail during the down time was bounced back to senders.

JustHost is a web host we have been using for a little while now and we've had to contact support a few times. One issue is that we have not actually been able to get through to phone support yet though after waiting on hold several times for longer than 10 minutes. On the positive side their chat support is usually pretty fast, we've only had to wait anywhere from 10 seconds to 10 minutes.
