They are tied in with Hostclear and Justhost. You can write to any one of the companies and almost guarantee someone with an email fromn one of the other 2 will reply. Zero continuity with email replies either. They claim their IT support and CSR's are all different for each company but I believe that's an out and out lie. Some are OK, the rest just plain bad. Some have quite limited English and some have no clue about computers at all. One reviewer mentioned India support. 2-3 I spoke to claimed to be in the USA, and I have an email saying their servers are in Chicago. They may be, but their English is not.
